The Hub Controller is what truly makes a fast travel network into a network. It stores the location of all Access Points connected to the Transport Hub and allows transport to these points. Without the Controller only travel one way, from the Access Point to the Hub, is possible. The Controller requires 1RF/tick to function and will also pass power to any adjacent machine, including the Transport Hub. Additionally the Hub Controller can be upgraded to increases its capabilities.

The first tab of the interface manages Access Points connected to the Hub. You may select a point from the list and use the text box and adjacent button to rename it, use the lightening bolt to toggle whether power is bring sent (if you have the right upgrade), or use the 'Teleport' button to port to that Access Point.
The second tab holds the Controllers upgrades. Currently there are only two types of upgrade: the Transdimensional Broadcast Chip allows for travel between different dimensions, such as the Overworld and the End, and three grades of Power Broadcast Chip allow for the transport of RF power over the teleportation network.
